Phoebe Wu is a graduate of the University of Michigan’s School of Music, Theatre & Dance. Phoebe holds a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance. A Los Gatos native and a dynamic performer, Phoebe has returned to the Bay Area and has found herself quickly in demand as an accompanist and solo performer.

As an instructor, Phoebe has experience teaching ages 5 yrs and up.  Her training is particularly in classical piano, and she also frequently includes songs students show interest in learning from other genres including  pop/musicals/soundtrack music etc.

 

Phoebe incorporates sight-reading, listening to recordings, and general music theory in her lessons, in addition to the fundamentals of learning piano. She aims to inspire joy, self-motivation, curiosity, and appreciation through her lessons.
